Alice Hirsh is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in donor management and fundraising strategies. Currently serving as a Development Officer at the ACLU of Ohio since April 2018, Alice manages a portfolio of donors and oversees the daily activities of a development intern while training staff on the donor database. Previous roles include Development Strategist at the ACLU of Ohio, where Alice improved organizational processes, managed donor pipelines, and transitioned to a new database. Earlier positions included Development Associate at United Schools Network, where Alice excelled in donor communications and grant compliance, and various roles including Data and Communications Specialist and Teaching Assistant. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from The Ohio State University.
