Kera Marie Winders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, learning and development, and intelligence training. Currently serving as a Joint Data Network Officer (JDNO) Training Specialist/ISD at ACLC, LLC since September 2022, Kera is responsible for courseware development and academic training in JDNO capabilities, alongside managing LMS administration and troubleshooting digital learning products. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development at Thriversity, where Kera implemented innovative training programs, and All Source Intelligence Task Lead and Course Manager at Leidos, overseeing a global team and enhancing training materials for the intelligence community. Kera's military background includes various intelligence roles in the U.S. Army, providing critical training and support to intelligence professionals. Kera holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Campbell University and has contributed significantly to the development of training strategies and educational resources throughout Kera’s career.
