Mike Frankland has extensive experience in product security and business systems applications, currently serving in a managerial role at Aclara since April 2008. Prior to this position, Mike held various titles at USDA from November 2001 to April 2008, including GIS Developer and Software Configuration Manager. Earlier career milestones include roles as Configuration Manager at Intertech Management Group / Abiliti Solutions / Daleen from August 1998 to September 2001, and Software Configuration and Release Manager at Technology Applications, Inc. from April 1997 to July 1998. Mike began a career in software testing as a Software Test Engineer at Technology Applications, Inc. from September 1996 to March 1997. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
