Tolga Goksel is a seasoned professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as Director of Strategy Business Development at Açık Holding since April 2023. Prior experience includes managing partner at Fortuna Advisory since October 2019, where significant projects in transportation, construction, and energy sectors were executed. Goksel held positions as Managing Director and Project Manager at Mineks International from June 2006 to July 2019, delivering consultancy across various sectors and enhancing public transport systems. At Dinamic Consultancy from July 2002 to June 2006, Goksel directed tender management and project oversight for energy projects. Early career experience includes serving as audit staff at Deloitte, focusing on compliance with international auditing standards. Goksel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ankara University and a high school diploma from TED Ankara Koleji.
