Arzu ŞAFAK is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Açık Holding since June 2023, Arzu previously held positions as Human Resources Manager and Talent Management Supervisor at CES Advanced Composites and Defense Technologies since December 2018. Arzu's background includes serving as a Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist at Securitas Turkey from March 2015 to October 2018, and as a Human Resources Specialist at ERKUNT SANAYI A S and ECORYS. Arzu's early experience includes roles as a Researcher at HOWEST University of Applied Sciences and HR Project Assistant at GENEL ENERGY PLC. Arzu holds a BA in Political Science & Public Administration from Bilkent University and an MA in Human Resources Management & Development from Marmara University, complemented by additional studies at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
