Roger Hartshorn is an experienced professional in project delivery and management within the financial services sector, having held various leadership roles at ACI Worldwide since December 2011. Currently serving as Delivery Director for Professional Services in EMEA, Roger is accountable for project governance, successful project delivery, revenue management, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio. Previous positions include Regional Lead Director for EU Professional Services and Director of Customer Implementations in multiple regions, where Roger led teams to manage executive relationships and implement customer projects effectively. Prior to ACI, Roger worked as a Technical Project Manager at BJSS and held several project management and development roles at Euronet Worldwide and Halifax. Roger holds a BSc(Hons) in Maths with Economics from Loughborough University.
