Joy L. Hamm has extensive experience in project management and customer success within the financial technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Project Manager at ACI Worldwide since April 2012, Joy contributes to delivering real-time payment software solutions. Previous roles include Consultant in Professional Services and Project Management Office Manager at FIS, where responsibilities involved client consultations and core development management. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager in EBanking Operations at Regions Bank and as Claims/Project Manager at HealthSouth.
