Mike Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike worked as the Chief Operating Officer at ACI Plastics, where they oversaw the distribution and fabrication of plastic materials across multiple locations. Additionally, they managed business units at National City Bank and GMAC Mortgage. At National City Bank, they served as the Senior Vice President of Dealer Finance, where they implemented risk-based pricing strategies for retail loan and lease products. At GMAC Mortgage, they held the position of Vice President of Home Equity Lending & Insurance, where they focused on cross-selling second mortgage and insurance products to first mortgage customers.

Mike Conway earned an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they studied from 1979 to 1981. Prior to that, they obtained an AB degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 1974 to 1978.
