Rivi Frei-Landau is an experienced academic and practitioner in the fields of special education and psychology. Currently serving as the Head of the Special Education Department and Head of the "Loss, Crisis & Coping in a Multicultural Lens" Lab at Achva Academic College since October 2022, Rivi has been a lecturer in special education and psychology at the same institution since 2014. Rivi's previous roles include a lecturer at The Open University of Israel from 2011 to 2021 and an internship at Sheba Medical Center focusing on rehabilitation psychology. Rivi's educational background includes a PhD in Psychology and multiple degrees in psychology and criminology from Bar-Ilan University, complemented by postdoctoral research at the MOFET Institute.
