Oscar Fernando Garcia Guerrero has a diverse range of work experience. Oscar Fernando started their career as an intern at Philips, working on a thesis project focused on studying the impact of light distribution in offices. Oscar Fernando then moved on to Prodrive, where they conducted research on the telecom and electronic market in South Korea. After that, Oscar joined Nationale-Nederlanden as an Agile SAP ABAP/Workflow Developer and later as a TIBCO Developer. Oscar Fernando then worked at Capgemini as a Consultant before joining HEMA as an SAP ABAP & Workflow Consultant. Oscar also worked at Achmea as a SAP Specialist and later as a Lead Developer. Oscar Fernando then joined msg global solutions as a Senior SAP Consultant, where they took on various responsibilities including being a sales lead and Community of Practice Lead for the Europe region. Oscar also had volunteer experiences, including providing IT courses for seniors and maintaining IT facilities for students in underprivileged areas of Mexico while working for ITESM (Toluca).

Oscar Fernando Garcia Guerrero has a Master's Degree in Human Technology Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completing it from 2006 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, Oscar participated in an exchange program at Tampere University of Technology. Additionally, they hold certifications such as BC400 ABAP Workbench Foundations from SAP in 2015, Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle in 2014, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
