Arnold den Ouden has a diverse background in finance and client reporting, currently serving as Team Lead Client Reporting at Achmea Investment Management since October 2014. Prior roles include Medior Client Reporting at Achmea, Employee Administration Listed Equities & Bonds at PGGM, and Account Associate at F&C (now Columbia Threadneedle). Earlier experience includes advisory finance at ING Nederland and serving as a waiter at Golden Tulip Tjaarda Oranjewoud. Arnold den Ouden holds an MSc with a BA specialization in Finance from the University of Groningen, a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Accounting from Hanze, and various certifications, including a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute and completion of level 2 of the CIPM Program. Additional qualifications include training in management and project management through programs at Krauthammer and PRINCE2 Foundation.
