Tracy O'Neil is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR consultancy and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Achilles Group since May 2022, Tracy O'Neil is responsible for providing expert guidance on risk management and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Previously, as Senior Executive Vice President and CHRO at CommunityBank of Texas N.A., Tracy O'Neil led a team of seven HR professionals and was instrumental in developing a groundbreaking compensation structure that included the bank's first employee equity plan. Additional experience includes positions as Chief Human Resource Officer at Puffer-Sweiven and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Redstone Companies, where leadership and the orchestration of comprehensive HR operations were key responsibilities. Tracy O'Neil holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Angelo State University.
