Leo Lam has a strong background in software engineering with experience in various roles. Leo is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Achievers, where they have developed a new employee recognition engine. This engine analyzes employee activities and provides personalized news feeds.

Prior to this, Leo worked at Uptake as a Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they developed a client export tool for Caterpillar dealers to consume Uptake API, making integration easier. Leo also implemented a general file integration mechanism for the Uptake Sale CRM application.

Leo's earlier experience includes working at Eloqua as a Senior Software Developer from 2008 to 2017.
