Lisa Cole has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leading and developing HR teams. Lisa is currently the Chief People Officer at Achieve together, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Lisa served as the Group Human Resources Director for Haulfryn Group Limited from 2020 to 2023. Lisa was responsible for developing a People Plan aligned with the business strategy and overseeing various HR functions. Lisa also held roles at Staples Solutions, Delphi Auto Parts, Tesco PLC, Ladbrokes, TalkTalk, Centrica, and Xerox, where they gained extensive experience in HR leadership, people development, and organizational change.

Lisa Cole's education history includes the following:

- In 2023, they pursued CIPD Qualifications and obtained an FCIPD degree.

- In 2005, they completed CIPD Qualifications without a specific degree, focusing on MCIPD.

- From 1999 to 2000, they attended Buckinghamshire Business School, studying CIPD.

- From 1994 to 1998, they attended the University of West London, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies (Sandwich).

In addition to their education, Lisa also obtained certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England® in 2023 and an FCIPD certification from CIPD.
