Rebecca Paul is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture management. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at ACH Group since March 2021, Rebecca has previously held roles such as HR Advisor at Minda Incorporated and HR Business Partner at Interwork, where responsibilities included recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and learning and development. Additionally, Rebecca gained valuable experience as an HR Coordinator at Diabetes SA, focusing on training needs analysis, program development, payroll, and contract administration. Rebecca completed education at the University of Adelaide and Cardijn College.
