Mickey Felton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the electronics and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ACES Group since March 2018, Mickey manages the Engineering and Manufacturing teams across all Genesis divisions. Prior to this role, Mickey was the Director of Engineering at Genesis Connected Solutions from March 2018 to April 2021, overseeing the development of various electro-mechanical devices. Mickey's career at EMC spanned from 2005 to 2018, with roles including Signal Integrity Engineer and Senior Manager of the signal integrity team, demonstrating strong technical leadership and management of engineers in the U.S. and China. Mickey began a career in engineering at Data General, where responsibilities included designing complex hardware solutions. Mickey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida, earned from 1990 to 1994.
