Sylva De Craecker is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and content creation. Currently serving as the Content and PR Manager at Acerta since April 2016, Sylva focuses on thought leadership and lead generation. Previously, as a Corporate Communications Specialist, Sylva developed strategies for external communication and content management. Sylva's earlier tenure at Porter Novelli, from October 1999 to March 2016, involved coordinating and implementing national and international communication programs in the business-to-business sector. Sylva holds a Master's degree in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, as well as a post-university graduate degree in Multilingual Corporate Communication from Ghent University.
