Ser T. is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various roles related to customer care, workforce management, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Business Analyst for Connect Evolution at Acerta since April 2023, Ser T. has previously held significant positions such as Senior Managing Consultant at CoCeCo BVBA and BA for IT EMEA at Johnson & Johnson.
