Lize Baert is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Officer and In-house Consultant at Acerta since March 2022, Lize has also held positions as an HR Officer in different organizations, including APOK Kampenhout and AB Inbev. Previous experience includes working as a Career Counsellor at SBS Skill BuilderS, a Financial Expert at FOD Financiën, and an internship at UNIZO and PwC as a Paralegal Legal Assistant. Lize began the career in personnel work with internships at ASCO and Randstad. Lize holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UC Leuven-Limburg, completed between 2013 and 2019.
