Johan Vos is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in ServiceNow and business delivery management. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Delivery Lead and Platform Owner at Acerta since May 2023, Johan previously worked as a ServiceNow Lead Consultant at Devoteam and held the position of Business Delivery Manager at OMNINET Software Solutions, where Johan developed the OMNIPRIVACY GDPR management tool. Johan's diverse experience includes roles in product management and operational management at Cormel IT Services, as well as programming and development positions in various organizations.
