Paula Pugnaire Calvo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and certification, currently serving as a BRCGS Scheme Manager and BRCGS Approved Trainer Provider at ACERTA since July 2007. In this role, Paula Pugnaire Calvo has been involved in the technical review of reports related to BRCGS Food, IFS Food, IFS Logistics, the European License System, and HACCP, alongside managing files and reviewing reports in the Primary Production Department. Additionally, since July 2009, Paula Pugnaire Calvo has worked as an auditor for food safety protocols, conducting audits for BRC, IFS, the European License System, and second-party audits. Paula Pugnaire Calvo holds a Licentiate degree in Science and Technology of Food and a diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
