Nicaury Solís Nin is a professional with extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Gerente de Bienestar Corporativo at ACERH Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nicaury held various positions at ACERH Group from February 2015 to June 2021, including Líder de Gestión Humana and Encargada de Registro y Control, among others. Nicaury holds a Licenciatura in Psicología with a specialization in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and has completed several diplomas in Strategic Planning, Talent Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Law and Social Security. Nicaury is currently pursuing a degree in Gerencia del Talento Humano at Universidad APEC.
