Shilpa Bidathanapalli serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Acentra Health, having held this position since April 2021. Previously, Shilpa worked at Edifecs as the Head of People & Culture from November 2015 to April 2021 and held several HR leadership roles at RoundGlass and SabTera during the same timeframe. Shilpa's experience includes heading HR operations for Concur and TRX, focusing on strategic and operational HR activities in India. Additional roles include Management Consultant at Ossicles Consulting and Global Staffing Head at Cranes Software. Shilpa's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, HR systems, policy formulation, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Shilpa holds an Executive Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and multiple degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, and Electronics from Osmania University and the University of Madras.
