Ian McDowall has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Ian began their career as a Facilities Manager at Sodexo Remote Sites in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Trinity International Services Ltd. as a Chef Manager. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously: Catering Manager at ACE Winches and Head Chef at Parkdean Holidays. Since 2016, they have held multiple roles at Agency Ellis Mac/Platinum Recruitment/Chefs in Scotland, including Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, CDP, Catering Manager Quality, and Head Chef.
Ian McDowall attended the Chartered Management Institute from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Business degree in Business Administration and Management, General and a LEVEL5 Diploma Management in Business Administration and Management, General. Ian also holds an IOSH Safety In The Work Place certification from the IOSH Alberta Association (Industrial Occupational Safety & Health).
