Natalia Arjona has extensive experience in merchandising and customer service, currently serving as the AIH Associate Merchandising Manager at Ace Hardware International since April 2012, where responsibilities include order fulfillment, implementing merchandising strategies, and developing regional-specific programs while supervising a team of Merchandising Specialists. Previous roles at Ace Hardware International include FDM Associate Merchant, FDM & RDC Accounts Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative at the Panama RDC, with a focus on order processing, claims, inventory analysis, sales reporting, forecasting, and customer requirements. Prior to Ace Hardware, Natalia worked in customer service at HSBC and as an accounts receivable assistant at Hotel Plaza Paitilla Inn. Educational accomplishments include a recent program in managerial skills from Universidad Latina de Panamá, a Master’s degree in logistics and operations with a specialization in demand planning from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, and a Bachelor’s degree in logistics management from Universidad del Istmo.
