Sabbia Auriti, Ph.D, currently serves as the President of La Mozzare`/Terra Foods LLC since October 2016 and as an Import Specialist at Ace Endico since March 2018, with certifications in imports. Additionally, Sabbia is the CEO and Co-founder of EDESIA Worldwide, LLC, established in August 2014, which focuses on representing Italian companies abroad, particularly in startups and the specialty food industry, and holds FSVP certification. As an academic, Sabbia has been a Professor at Stony Brook University since January 2012, teaching courses in Italian American cultural studies, and at Baruch College since January 2007, specializing in Italian and Comparative literature. Previously, Sabbia held the position of COO at The N Beverage Group/Gruppo Fooding from September 2012 to 2016. Sabbia Auriti earned a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and Women's Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
