Kimberly Pang has a diverse work history, focused primarily on knowledge management, digital learning, and capacity building. Kimberly has extensive experience in designing and implementing e-learning programs, as well as developing strategies to promote knowledge sharing within organizations. Kimberly has worked for organizations such as ACDI/VOCA and UNICEF, where they held senior director and director roles, respectively. Kimberly has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University and held teaching positions at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Additionally, Kimberly has experience in digital content production and fundraising, having worked for UNICEF in these capacities.
Kimberly Pang completed a Bachelor's Degree in English and Information Management at Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2005. Kimberly then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Conference Interpretation from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in 2009. In 2012, they studied French Language and Literature at Monterey Peninsula College. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Economic Policy and Management from Columbia | SIPA in 2017. Later, in 2017 and 2018, they earned a Project Management 360 Certificate from Cornell University. In 2019, they furthered their studies by obtaining a Business Analytics Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as Designing Virtual Training Certificate, ATD Master Trainer™ certification, Business Analytics Certification, Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification - Bronze Level Certified Professional, Creating Leadership Development Programs Certificate, and Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator certification.
