Tom Schollmeyer currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ACD Direct since July 2022 and as a Strategic Advisor at CallCorp since October 2018. Previously, Tom held the position of CTO at Health IQ from June 2020 to June 2022 and was a Strategic Advisor at OTO.ai between 2016 and 2021, during which the company was acquired. In addition, Tom was the CEO of Serenova from 2017 to 2018 and has held senior roles such as Vice President & General Manager of Customer Engagement at Avaya and Chief Technology Officer at Five9, where Five9 achieved a successful initial public offering in 2014. Earlier in the career, Tom was a Business & Technology Architect at OneSource Consulting and held the position of Vice President of Global Telephony and Technology at eTelecare Global Solutions, contributing to another initial public offering in 2007. Tom began the career as Chief Information Officer at Phase 2 Solutions, which was later acquired by eTelecare.
