Rob Kearney has a solid background in commercial operations and sales, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Rob started their career at GE Healthcare & Access Medical Equipment Group, where they held various sales and marketing roles from 1995 to 2000.
After that, Kearney joined GE Healthcare and took on several positions, including Market Development Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for GoldSeal DI Exchange & Services. Rob then transitioned into product marketing, managing and developing refurbished X-Ray and molecular imaging product lines as the Product Marketing Manager for GoldSeal. Kearney also worked as a Sales Specialist for pre-owned diagnostic imaging equipment, providing trade-in values and developing a re-marketing process.
In 2008, Kearney became the Commercial Leader for Global Parts & Repair Solutions (GPRS), where they successfully created a new commercial channel to sell surplus service parts. Rob implemented an inside sales bonus program for surplus part sales and developed a comprehensive commercial operation.
From 2011 to 2012, Kearney served as the Commercial Operations Manager for Specialty Monitoring & IT - LCS Life Care Solutions at GE Healthcare. In this role, they were responsible for various commercial operations functions such as opportunity funnel management, sales process improvement, and deal structuring.
Kearney's most recent position was at GE Digital, where they worked as the Pricing Governance Manager - Commercial Center of Excellence from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Global Commercial Operations Manager at Accuray, where they manage global commercial operations.
Rob Kearney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego. In August 2020, they obtained additional certifications in Strategic Planning Foundations and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
