Jeannine Washkuhn started their career in 2001 as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op/Intern at Oscar Mayer. In 2002, they joined Sub-Zero Group, Inc. as a Technical Buyer, and later held positions such as Sr. Quality Engineer and Product Marketing Manager for Wolf Appliance. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service New Product Development Project Manager at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. Currently, they are the Service Product Development Leader at Accuray, starting from October 2021.

Jeannine Washkuhn received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. Jeannine furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wisconsin School of Business, completing their degree from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Jeannine also obtained certifications such as the Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ in 2008 and 2005 respectively. Furthermore, they earned a Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in April 2004.
