Kelly Poutz has extensive experience in the appraisal industry, currently serving as an Escalation Specialist and Team Lead at Accurate Group since April 2015, where leadership skills were recognized through a promotion from the coordinator position. In this role, Kelly leads a team of appraisal coordinators and strategically manages appraisal orders across the United States to enhance efficiency and profitability. Previous experience includes a position as a Cash Office Associate and Customer Service Representative at Giant Eagle, Inc., where responsibilities included account reconciliation and guest service. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tiffin University and attended Cuyahoga Community College.
