Muhamad Ilham is a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in test case creation, automation testing, and issue resolution. Currently employed at Accurate Indonesia since January 2022, Muhamad focuses on automation tools, bug reporting, and scalability testing, particularly for integration with point of sales applications and e-faktur systems. Prior roles include Software Quality Assurance at SPE Solution, where testing scenarios and execution across various environments were developed, and as a System Analyst at Unit PKH Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bandung, where system requirements were identified and user interfaces designed. Muhamad's foundational experience includes an internship in IT and an earlier role in software quality assurance at PT Kertas Padalarang.
