Mike Mitchell has a comprehensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Mike is currently the Residential Install Manager at Accurate Heating and Cooling since January 2021. Previously, from October 2019 to December 2020, they worked as the Commercial HVAC Manager at Columbus Worthington Air.

Prior to that, Mike was with Accurate Heating and Cooling from October 2013 to October 2019. Mike first served as the South Region General Manager, responsible for merging operations with Accurate Mechanical. Mike then transitioned to the role of Residential Service Manager.

Earlier in their career, Mike owned and operated Air Concepts, Inc. from June 2004 to September 2013. Before that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Glennco Systems, Inc. from June 2002 to June 2004.

Mike Mitchell attended Shawnee State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems, General.
