KateLynn Hackney is an accomplished operations and program manager with extensive experience in logistics, event coordination, and customer account management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TekBrands since February 2023, KateLynn has also been with AccuQuilt since March 2018, holding roles as Program Manager, Event Manager, and Event Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing trunk show logistics and customer communication. Prior experience at Brightstar Corp. encompassed managing customer accounts and supporting sales teams as an Account Specialist and Support Specialist. Earlier roles at OFFWIRE and PetSmart involved a focus on inventory management, customer service, and process improvement.
