Zachary Danko currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at AccumTech, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Experience Team and developing organizational people strategies. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at Right Management Great Lakes Region, including Manager of Career Mobility & Outreach and Manager of Candidate Learning & Engagement, overseeing coaching practices and career development for professionals in transition. Zachary has also worked as a Career Counseling Advisor and Practicum Counselor at Oakland University and as Supervisor of the Reconditioning Team at The University of Toledo. Zachary holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Toledo.
