Joseph Harbine is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Accumula since November 2019, Joseph previously held the position of Director of Software Development at CampusCE Corporation from December 2009 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing offshore development projects and leading in-house projects.
