Mitchell Kaczmarek has been employed in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they were self-employed providing in-home patient care in Lansing, MI. In 2018, they worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Burcham Hills Retirement Community, where they assisted residents with activities of daily living and documented physical and mental patient interaction. In 2019, they worked as an Associate Direct Sales Representative at Paragon 28, where they were responsible for the management and development of hospital accounts. In 2020, they worked as a Varsity Football Coach at Okemos High School, where they demonstrated leadership qualities by educating players on how team chemistry breeds success. Currently, they are working as an Account Executive I and Business Development Representative at AccuLynx, where they manage the full-cycle of the sales process and builds and manages a sales pipeline.

Mitchell Kaczmarek attended Michigan State University from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. In 2018, they also obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Career Quest Learning Centers, Inc.
