Alok Purohit has a diverse work experience history. Alok started their career in 2000 as a Senior Manager of Information Systems at Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd., where they provided consultancy services in the field of Information System Products and Services. In 2004, they joined RGBSI as a Senior Manager of Operations and handled various responsibilities such as General and Program Management, Strategy, Presales, Business Development, and Quality Management Systems. Alok also worked as the Director of Operations at Acculogix Software Solutions Pvt Ltd., a group company of RGBSI, where they managed end-to-end operations related to human capital management. Alok then returned to RGBSI and held several senior positions, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Operations for APAC. Currently, they are the Managing Director of RGBSI, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, quality management solutions, IoT/Industry 4.0 solutions, and new product development. Alok has extensive experience in managing global teams, finance, strategy, and business development in the engineering and IT consulting industries.

Alok Purohit holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from the National Law School of India University, which was obtained from 2022 to 2023. Alok also has a Masters of Management Studies in Information Systems from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, obtained from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Amravati University, earned from 1993 to 1997. Alok completed their Middle & Senior Schooling in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English at Maheshwari Public School from 1986 to 1993. Furthermore, they have been certified as a Corporate Director by the Institute of Directors, India in 2022.
