Elinor Beaumont is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer development and account management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Development at Accu since December 2020, Elinor has previously held various roles, including Customer Development Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Accu, Elinor worked at JLA Ltd from April 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Total Care Contract Manager, focusing on customer contract retention and understanding customer needs, as well as roles such as National Account Manager and Customer Service Team Leader, where leadership and team development were key. Elinor holds a BA (Hons) in English Language & Creative Writing from The University of Huddersfield, earned from 2009 to 2012.
