Maaike Casteleijn is a specialized applied psychologist currently serving as a Toegepast Psycholoog Arbeid & Gezondheid at BrinQer since February 2019, where Maaike contributes to the Expertise Centrum. In addition, Maaike works as a trainer in Human Profiling, utilizing scientific studies to educate participants on understanding micro- and macro-expressions. Concurrently, Maaike has been a praktijkdocent and trainer at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen since January 2021, focusing on communication skills for first-year psychology students. Other roles include ownership of Weeducation, aiming to break taboos through knowledge dissemination, and serving as a member of the Promotiecommissie at SV TOEP. With a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from HAN University of Applied Sciences, Maaike's diverse experience spans various positions, including lifeguard, team leader, and PGB begeleider.
