Kevin Henry is the CEO and Founder of Accountable, a company that provides operational efficiency and profitability studies, strategic planning, transaction support, due diligence, new business formation, mergers and acquisition support services, new facility and service line planning, and real estate and major capital expenditure planning. Kevin has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Kevin Henry began their career in healthcare as an assistant administrator at DeTar Healthcare Systems where they were responsible for the operations of a 309-bed hospital system with 930 employees. Kevin was also responsible for managing four department directors with more than 100 employees. Kevin developed the DeTar Transfer Hotline to streamline incoming transfers from outlying areas, which led to a significant increase in transfer volume. Kevin also worked on cross-functional teams to drive revenue and volume growth from external sources including clinics and hospitals. In 2012, Kevin left DeTar Healthcare Systems to join J. Taylor & Associates, LLC as an associate.
At J. Taylor & Associates, Kevin provided operational efficiency and profitability studies, strategic planning, market studies and financial projections, transaction support, business enterprise valuation, due diligence, new business formation, and merger and acquisition support services. Kevin also assisted in physician recruitment efforts. In 2013, Kevin left J. Taylor & Associates to start their own company, Accountable.

Kevin Henry has a MBA from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business and a BBA in Management from Baylor University. Kevin also has a certification from Accountable HQ in HIPAA Certificate.
