Malgorzata Gajuk serves as the Asset Management Director at AccorInvest since January 2016, overseeing the asset management of the Accor portfolio in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, including the disposals and acquisitions of non-strategic hotel properties and the development of hotel brands. Previously, Gajuk held the position of Associate Director of Capital Markets CEE at BNP Paribas Real Estate, managing investment transactions in commercial real estate. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Investment Consultant at DTZ, Development Manager at Tesco Polska, Research & Concept Manager at ING Real Estate Development, and Site Research Regional Manager at Tesco Poland. Gajuk holds multiple degrees in management, marketing, and geography from various institutions, including a Post-graduate in Real Estate Professional from NEOMA Business School and a Post-graduate in Brokerage from Akademia Leona Kozminskiego. Additionally, Gajuk was a board member of the Cracow University of Economics Alumni Corporation, contributing to project coordination and meetings.
