Kylie Murrin

Director Of Product, Engagement And Patient Experience at Accompany Health

Kylie Murrin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kylie is currently working at Accompany Health as the Director of Product, Engagement and Patient Experience since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager, Engagement at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Accompany Health, Kylie worked at Optum Behavioral Care as a Senior Product Manager from October 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they managed a team of product managers to enhance Optum's Integrated Behavioral Health initiatives and create a unified patient experience across various acquired assets. Kylie supported their team in adapting to reorganization, delivering value amidst uncertainty, and fostering growth in their skills.

Kylie's experience in product management also includes their tenure at MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology). Kylie worked as a Product Owner from February 2020 to December 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Manager Product Strategy from April 2019 to February 2020 and as an Associate Product Manager at Zitter Health Insights (acquired by MMIT) from April 2018 to April 2019.

Additionally, Kylie has previous experience as a Volunteer at Ronald McDonald House Charities from October 2018 to June 2019. Kylie also worked as a Special Projects Lead and Business Development/Marketing at Joyable from August 2016 to March 2018, where they managed client accounts and contributed to various projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Coach at the same company from June 2015 to August 2016, supporting and motivating clients with anxiety while undergoing training in motivational interviewing and peer support.

Kylie has also contributed to the healthcare field through their volunteer work at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System in the NeuroICU and Emergency Department from September 2014 to May 2015. Kylie gained internship experience as a CPRIT Summer Intern at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in June and July 2014.

Furthermore, they worked as a Center for Autism Research Undergraduate Researcher at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from January 2013 to May 2014. Kylie's earlier experiences include a JPSS Summer Internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in May to August 2012 and teaching tap dancing at Park City Dance from August 2011 to August 2012.

Kylie Murrin earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
