Ryan Briggs serves as the Head of Global M&A and Integration at Accolite, a position held since October 2023, contributing as a leader in global mergers and acquisitions and as a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Ryan was the VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Core BTS from November 2022 to October 2023. Ryan's diverse experience includes positions at Attentive, where duties included VP of GTM Integration, Director of Growth Partnerships, and Head of VC/PE Partnership, as well as serving as a Growth Equity Investor at 3L, focusing on Series B/C expansion stage businesses. Previous roles also encompass a Long/Short Analyst position at Junto Capital and a FinTech Investment Banking Analyst role at Evercore. Ryan holds a B.S. and B.A. in Finance and Russian Language and Literature from the University of Virginia, completed in 2013, and attended Creighton Preparatory School from 2005 to 2009.
