Richard Hindle currently serves as the VP of Business Operations and Analytics at Accolade, Inc., where responsibilities include leading a multi-site expansion of the Back Office organization, managing the Member Services team, and enhancing business analytics. Prior to this role, Richard held leadership positions in business analytics at Accolade, focusing on team building and report automation. Before joining Accolade, experience included roles at NRG Energy, where Richard managed IT teams, oversaw a departmental transformation to Agile, and led data analytics initiatives. Early in their career, Richard worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Tufts Health Plan and as a Scheduling Analyst at Circles North America. Richard holds an Advanced Management Techniques Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
