Patience Jackson currently serves as the Sr. Director of Operations for Care Navigation & Virtual Primary Care at Accolade, Inc. and has previously held positions as Quality Management Coordinator and Registered Nurse at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Patience Jackson holds a Master of Science in Medical Informatics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University, completed in 2009.
