Simon Herd is a seasoned entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in technology and law. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Accoil Analytics since October 2023, Simon continues to innovate in analytics solutions. Previously, Simon held the role of Principal Product Manager at Atlassian from April 2021 to August 2023, and co-founded ThinkTilt, serving as CEO from January 2016 to April 2021, where the focus was on providing effective work management tools. Simon also co-founded SmartyGrants while at Our Community, leading it to become the foremost grants management system in Australia and New Zealand. Earlier career experiences include positions as a lawyer at Deacons, software engineer roles at the University of Melbourne and the National Children's and Youth Law Center, alongside earning degrees in Information Systems and Law from reputable universities.
