Carlos Carmona Horta is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy and mobility, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at ACCIONA Energía since February 2022. In this role, Carlos has been instrumental in forming a joint venture with Qwello to develop public electric vehicle charging networks in Spain. Carlos holds extensive experience in energy services and sustainability, having previously held positions such as Gerente Servicios Energéticos Sector Público at Acciona ESCO and Head of Sustainability at ETRA. Carlos also contributes to academia as a professor specializing in electric and hybrid vehicles, alongside teaching renewable energy project management courses.
