Thomas Tipton is an experienced professional in customer success and relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at AccessPay since January 2023, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles at iwoca, where responsibilities included Go-to-Market Strategist, Customer Success Expert, Manager of Customer Success, and Account Manager from March 2017 to January 2023. Prior to iwoca, Thomas worked at Barclays Bank PLC for nearly six years, holding various positions such as Premier Banking Relationship Manager and Local Business Manager, as well as Personal Banking Manager from May 2008 to June 2011.
