Karl Isele is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in point of sale systems and implementation management. Currently serving as Global Implementation Manager at accesso since April 2022, Karl leads software projects in an Agile Scrum environment, addressing software deficiencies for clients. Previously, as Senior Manager of Retail Technology at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Karl provided remote support for corporate point of sale systems and engaged in Tier 3 support to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences. Karl's extensive experience includes roles as Information Technology Manager at both Gallaher & Associates, Inc. and Ripley Entertainment, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed IT policy development, vendor management, and technical oversight. Additional roles include Systems Manager at WonderWorks Attraction and General Manager at Soft Tech Computers, Inc. Karl's educational credentials include an AAS in Computer Technology from SUNY Broome Community College and a Certificate in Electronics from DCMO BOCES.
